As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Maureen joined The Heart Group in May 2005. She was previously employed for 5 1/2 years with a group of cardiologists and cardiothoracic surgeons. Maureen obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and obtained Acute Care Nurse Practitioner certification from the University of Akron. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) is also maintained.

Maureen, her husband and son reside in Medina.
