Michelle earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Kent State University. Her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Summa Cum Laude, was from the University of Akron.

Michelle is board certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.

Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Michelle had several years experience in cardiac care, cardiac rehabilitation and emergency care.

Michelle received a superior academic achievement award and belongs to the Golden Key National Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing.
