Dr. Smith's internship and residency was completed at University Hospitals of Cleveland, Case Western Reserve University. He was Chief Cardiology Fellow while there 1999-2000. Dr. Smith also completed his Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship at University Hospitals of Cleveland and Case Western Reserve University.
