Our patients that travel or prefer to have their medical information at-the-ready, MyRecord affords them this peace of mind. In emergent situations, having your medical history with you may possibly save your life.
The CD can be played on any computer that has a spindle (CD ROM). Once the CD is burned it cannot be tampered with. It comes in a protective case that can easily fit in a wallet or a purse.
NEOCS continues to lead the way in innovative technology by being one of the few medical practices to have electronic medical records (EMR). Because of this reason, we are able to extract a patients medical history and burn it onto a portable CD. NEOCS was one of the first to offer this in the United States, and one of the first in Ohio.
